New Year’s Yoga with Ulrika Engman
January 5 – 11, 2022
Ulrika’s fluid style of teaching yoga is inspired by her background in psycho-somatic movement, anatomy, expressive arts and dance. Many say a class with Ulrika is never the same, every yoga practice is creative, strengthening and inspiring and postures are woven together in innovative sequences that follow breath and music along the energy lines of body and mind.
25 Hour Teacher Training Intensive with Joan Hyman
January 11 – 16, 2022
This will be a twenty five hour training moving from the outside in, a deep dive into the journey through the koshas. The practice of yoga and meditation help us to untangle the many layers of our being. In this six day training, Joan will guide you through the outer most layer, known as the Anamaya Kosha and end with accessing our deepest layer, known as the anandamaya kosha, our heart center. After practice, enjoy a long brunch, relax by the ocean, and take a dunk in the pool!
Chakra Immersion with Naya, Salila, and Mad Natural
January 25 – 29, 2022
“During our enriching times together we will spin 7 chakras, giving a better overall understanding of energetic patterns, healthand wellbeing. As a team not only will we fulfill 27hr Chakra training with Naya Rappaport and co-teacher, registered nurse Salila Thuy but we will also be diving intoour power and complete a level one Reiki certification with Master Mad Natural.

Mas Yoga with David Moreno
February 12th – 19th, 2022
David Moreno has taught at international yoga conferences, universities, and teacher training programs worldwide. He has worked privately with students in the fashion and entertainment industries, political activists, cancer survivors and world-class athletes — including the coach of the 2004/2008 Olympics U.S. Men’s Swim Team. He has also served as a product advisor and ambassador for Lululemon Athletica, is a certified Pilates instructor, Somatic Fitness Trainer, and ordained minister.

“I am an artist, educator, and certified Katonah Yoga® teacher with 12 years of experience working with clients in a therapeutic capacity. With a formal education in fine arts and over two decades studying therapeutic movement practices, traditional yogic philosophy, taoist theory, psychology, herbalism and trauma recovery, I see the body as a gateway to a deeper sense of self. My intention is to create an approachable practice that encourages playful exploration and learning through trial and error.”
Yoga in Mexico with Pete Guinosso

Pete Guinosso, E-RYT 500, helps students connect with their hearts. His gentle guidance and intuitive assists allow students of all levels to step out of their comfort zones and find their own authentic paths in the practice. Drawing from his years as a scientist, Pete approaches his practice with a sense of curiosity and wonder. Pete’s light-hearted exploration of going deeper on a path that is both physical and spiritual has created a thriving community of yogis in the San Francisco Bay area and around the world.
Yoga Eco-Retreat with Kristen Addicks
March 21 – 25, 2022
Kristen has embodied movement her entire life. Exploring and training in many forms of dance and yoga has given her a special combination of skills. Her classes flow fluidly, focusing on alignment, working the body in a balanced way, and linking poses gracefully and intelligently. Her classes build strength, balance, and flexibility in the body; and a deeper sense of calm, peace, and stability in the mind. Kristen teaches hatha, vinyasa, power and gentle yoga at various studios in Marin County.
A Revitalizing Eco-Retreat: with Stacey and Elaine Shea
