Yin and Yang

Fall is the perfect time to reset and rejuvenate in paradise before the holiday season. On this retreat, we will explore the two sides of the coin through our practice: the sun and heat of vinyasa flow as well as the cooler, darker side of yin, restoratives and pranayama. You will have ample time to spend resting, unwinding, resetting on the beach or in your beautifully decorated room with gorgeous ocean views. Explore the on-site turtle sanctuary on our pristine 200-acre nature reserve. Indulge in delicious, healthy meals made fresh from ingredients harvested from our organic garden.  Bring a couple of books and prepare yourself to take some serious downtime in paradise so that you return to normal life a different person—relaxed, glowing, at ease and renewed.

More than fifteen years of remission has passed for Beth who is now a YogaWorks Certified Teacher Trainer with a M.A. in Education from Pepperdine University. Beth's classes draw upon both Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga, as well as her continual studies with Master Teachers including Annie Carpenter, Lisa Walford, Jeanne Heileman and Jasmine Lieb.

Erika Chau

“We don’t stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing.” From Erika’s early days on the soccer field and tennis court, through triathlons and to today’s balance of yoga, swimming, and running – her practice always returns to the linking of breath and movement. In addition to her YogaWorks Teacher Trainings, she has studied under Senior Teacher Chad Hamrin, and is also certified in TRX-Group Suspension Training, YogaWorks-Sculptworks, and both YogaWorks Barworks and Stott Pilates Total Barre. Erika believes that everybody has their own path in life, and that with patience and laughter, the possibilities are endless.
