In modern culture, we can too often be driven by the comments and likes of others. It can be hard to find your own voice and source from within. It is a radical practice to source your own love, wisdom, and creativity. Experienced teacher Chelsey Korus feels that this is what we need most right now—to do this together and to have a week dedicated to remembering our true nature. Join Chelsey as she guides you skillfully through the landscape of the natural world and your soul. You can expect a sweat-filled practice (Vinyasa Flow) that encourages deep listening, the release of stagnant energy, and a more expansive sense of self.
This reflective retreat will take place in gorgeous Mexico, at a completely self-sustaining, award-winning retreat center located on pristine beachfront property. During the week, you will dine on local, organic cuisine grown on the property, learn how permaculture farming nurtures the environment, and have a chance to spot wild sea turtles returning to the ocean. At the end of the week, you will emerge from this retreat feeling renewed, with a clarity that can only come from within.

About Your Teacher - Chelsey Korus

A yoga teacher since she was 15, Chelsey brings fearless energy and boundless joy to her practice. Her diverse background in movement practices includes Anusara, Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Acro-yoga, along with martial arts training and a variety of dance genres. To Chelsey, yoga isn’t just an activity—it’s a way of life.
Chelsey has used this philosophy to cultivate a unique practice, AWAKE, that gives her students the tools to be more intentional and present in their everyday lives. Combining soul, spirit, and environment, AWAKE invites students to look inward to reconnect with the world around them. Chelsey herself is an avid journaler and makes sure to build in time for reflection and connection in her classes.
