  • WildWisdom-FRONT-7-NOTEXT-MERG

January 6-12, 2016

"In order to transform our world we must transform ourselves.. for the benefit of all women's healing on the planet"

Through yoga, meditation, ritual and ceremony we will be inspiring the personal & collective transformation necessary to be the wise, wild, women we are meant to be.

Our retreat is located on a sustainably run eco resort on 200 acres of secluded beach and coastal forest, including a turtle sanctuary and Aztec archeological site.

Playa Viva

Playa Viva Sustainable Boutique Resort is a truly sustainable center. Please check out the rest of this web site to find out all the ways the resort is practicing true eco-tourism. One of the greatest medicines for tuning in to our femininity is being attuned with nature. These five days will afford you the perfect balance of activity and sanctuary amongst lush coconut palms, beautiful ocean and sunny beach.

What To Expect

  • YOGA: We will have two yoga classes a day including stronger Vinyasa style classes, sensual hip openers, hatha yoga, and relaxing restorative classes, all with great attention to alignment and helpful adjustments.
  • MINDFULNESS: Aside from guided meditation time, we will be encouraging and supporting women to hold a continuous space of mindfulness throughout the retreat. This simply means holding themselves and all around them with great respect and compassion ~ always recognizing the Divine Feminine within.
  • EDUCATION: Through sacred ceremony and ritual and insightful lectures, we provide a deeply reflective and educational five days so that women can take the wisdom they gain home with them. On our final day, we will take part in a very special Temazcal (native sweat lodge) ceremony.
  • FUN: Aside from a powerful week with amazing women, participants are surrounded by opportunities to surf, snorkel, hike, visit the nearby turtle sanctuary, swim and simply just enjoy being together.
