December 6-12, 2015
Join us for 6 nights/7 days of a divinely satisfying vacation of deep relaxation, rejuvenating practice and blissful enjoyment at one of the most beautiful eco-retreat centers on the Pacific Coast of Mexico!
When we are willing to surrender and meet ourselves exactly where we are, we allow our true strength to emerge. Practice becomes more about HOW than WHAT. Let’s take the time to explore the integrity of your practice, let go of any unnecessary struggle and rediscover your core power.
Classes will be accessible to ALL LEVELS of yoga practice. Alyssa has worked with private clients and groups of various levels for 15 years and truly has a gift for accessing your entry point.
We will have plenty of time to play with asana and go deeper into the nuts and bolts of what builds physical strength in your postures and movements. We will also dive into release – the conceptual, physical, mental/emotional aspects of how to let go in order to access a “deeper” experience of ease in your body. Join us for this exquisite opportunity to share community, yoga and natural beauty!
Combining simple elegance with natural beauty, a commitment to improving the environment and the local community, Playa Viva is a sustainable boutique hotel located on the western coast of Mexico, just 35 minutes south of Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa International Airport. The property’s nearly 200 acres includes an estuary, an Aztec archeological site, turtle sanctuary, and a coastal forest and mangrove ecosystem which supports an array of stunning wildlife.
