Regenerate
Every aspect of our operations goes beyond low-impact. We'll continue to update as environmental technology advances and our understanding of our environment grows. We will be building to the highest environmental standards, and pursuing LEED Certification, the nationally accepted benchmark for design, construction, and operation of high-performance green buildings.  Read More

Permaculture
Permaculture is a way of life that supports itself, the way natural ecosystems do. It relies on sustainable agriculture, and living each day without relying on the industrial systems of production and distribution.

Our techniques build an increasingly self-sufficient human settlement. Playa Viva, from Nature Preserve to Edible Landscaping, is built on these principles under the direction of a team of trained permaculture experts.

Water
Playa Viva will use smart water conservation measures to not only ensure the minimal use of this precious resource, but to ensure that the water we do use is put back into the aquifer even cleaner then when it was removed.  Read More

Energy

Eco-Friendly Products
Playa Viva is being created with a judicious and creative use of local materials which will be recycled, salvaged, and eco-friendly. Furniture will be created by local artisans using leftover wood. New woods will be harvested from local palm tree groves and sustainably-managed forests. Up to 75% of construction waste will be recycled.

Your children's health and wellbeing is paramount to our designs and every element of Playa Viva. Nothing provides more luxury than healthful and natural materials
